Basic To Intermediate - Feb 21, 2009

My recent class held on Saturday, February 21st, 2009 at the Hutan Bandar, Johor Bahru. It rained heavily in the evening when we were supposed to have a live model practical shoot and the sun was nowhere to be seen! So the natural light portraiture was out of the question...We resorted to a special bounced flash technique for the shoot and I was very impressed with the participants' photos!
Well done! And a big thank you to all ! It was a wonderful session!

Basic To Intermediate - Jan 17, 2009

The first batch for 2009's Basic to Intermediate class was held last Saturday, January 17th at the Hutan Bandar recreational park in JB. There were six participants; Eddy, Zamie, En.Bakri, Zirah, Acid, Mustaqim and Ms Sofea, the model for the day. We had a great time, so much so that we continued shooting 'til 7pm ! Anyway, a very big thank you to all for being such good sports!

Nikon CLS with Nikon D60

I had the opportunity to test out the latest Nikon D60 a few weeks back. It was the FIRST and ONLY unit in Malaysia then. Nikonian Academy was the first to give it a test run for a review. Read the full review here.
